4. Complete the Registration Form
After expiry of the time period for creditors to submit claims specified in the notification and satisfaction of creditors’ claims, application form KR1 shall be submitted to the Register of Enterprises for making an entry in the commercial register. Application form KR1 shall be signed by the executive board.
Additional information:
- it must be certified in the application that the merchant has no tax debts and has fulfilled its tax obligations for the period of suspension of activities;
- it must be certified in the application that the merchant has no employees;
- it must be certified in the application that the annual report or, in cases prescribed by law, the financial statement for the last reporting year has been submitted;
- it must be certified in the application that the report on the company's economic activity for the period after the end of the previous reporting year has been submitted to the tax administration;
- it must be certified in the application that creditors’ claims with due dates falling before or during the period of suspension of activities have been satisfied;
- it must be certified in the application that, in accordance with the procedure prescribed in Section 333(4) of the Commercial Law, security has been provided for creditors’ claims that have been submitted and become due after the period of suspension of the merchant’s activities.
