Notification on the Acquisition of Participation and Changes thereof

3. Notification of a Participation

The notification of a participation shall be signed by the executive board.

The notification must specify:

  • for a stockholder who is a natural person: given name, surname, personal identity number (if a person does not have a personal identity number, the date of birth, the number and date of issue of the identity document, and the country and authority that issued the document);
  • for a stockholder that is a legal person or a partnership: the name and registration number;
  • the total number of stocks owned by the stockholder and the voting rights attached to those stocks.
