A limited liability company is a private company, and its shares are not an object of public circulation. The company is a legal entity.

  • The share capital is less than EUR 2,800.
  • The founders may only be natural persons, and their maximum number is five.
  • The shareholders may only be natural persons, and their maximum number is five.
  • Positions of members of the management board may be held only by shareholders of the company.
  • A shareholder may simultaneously be a shareholder in only one low-capital limited liability company.
