- The founders may only be natural persons, and their maximum number is five.
- The shareholders may only be natural persons, and their maximum number is five.
- Positions of members of the management board may be held only by shareholders of the company.
- A shareholder may simultaneously be a shareholder in only one low-capital limited liability company.
