Documents to be submitted:
- application form KR14;
- plan for the distribution of the company’s remaining assets (if such a plan has been drawn up).
Before submitting documents to the Register of Enterprises, all obligations towards the State Revenue Service must be settled, including submission of the final financial statement and the auditor’s opinion, if an audit has been carried out. After receiving the documents, the Register of Enterprises requests a statement from the State Revenue Service regarding fulfilment of the company's obligations. If all obligations towards the State Revenue Service have not been fulfilled, the Register of Enterprises may not remove the company from the commercial register.
