The Register of Enterprises registers enterprises (companies), merchants, their branches and representative offices, as well as all changes to their constitutional documents.

The Register also registers mass media outlets, associations and foundations, commercial pledges, relationships of decisive influence, marriage contracts, political parties, arbitration courts, trade unions, religious organisations and their institutions, as well as insolvency proceedings and information on the beneficial owners of legal arrangements (as of 1 January 2024).
