• registration of merchants, undertakings, organisations, agreements, commercial pledges and other legal facts in the registers;

• registration of changes regarding officers, legal address, articles of association, beneficial owners, or updating information, for example, personal data;

• liquidation or termination of an agreement;

• insolvency.
