A branch of a European Economic Interest Grouping is an organisationally independent part of a European Economic Interest Grouping that is territorially or otherwise separated from the principal European Economic Interest Grouping and at the location of which activities are systematically carried out in the name of the respective European Economic Interest Grouping.
