The state fee must be paid before submitting documents for registration. Registration is carried out only after the Register of Enterprises has verified that the state fee has been credited to the Treasury account.

The state fee may be paid by bank transfer at any bank 2 days before submitting the documents electronically or by post.

To recover an incorrectly paid (e.g. to an incorrect account) or overpaid amount for a registration or fee-based service, an application must be submitted to the Register of Enterprises.
