3. Complete the Registration Form
Application form KR14 shall be signed by all liquidators.
Additional information:
- in the application, the liquidator certifies that the final liquidation financial statement and the plan for the distribution of the company's remaining assets have not been challenged in court or that the claim has been dismissed;
- in the application, the liquidator certifies that all creditors’ claims have been satisfied or that the funds intended for such claims have been deposited and that all liquidation expenses have been covered;
- in the application, the liquidator certifies that the company's documents have been transferred for storage to an archive;
- in the application, the liquidator certifies that all shareholders have agreed to the distribution of the company's remaining assets earlier than two months after the final financial statement and the plan for the distribution of the company's remaining assets were sent to the shareholders, if the application is submitted before expiry of that period.
