2. Complete the Registration Form
Application form KR18 shall be signed by the executive board.
Additional information:
- if only the personal data of an executive board member changes, information on the BO is not required to be provided in the application;
- if the personal data (name, surname or personal identity number) of an executive board member holding a personal identity number issued by the Republic of Latvia changes, an electronically signed application form or notification regarding the change of personal data must be submitted to the Register of Enterprises via the e-address or by email to pasts@ur.gov.lv, indicating the person's identifying information (name, surname and personal identity number). In this case, no state fee is payable.
If necessary, the fields in the form may be copied.
