3. Complete the Registration Form
The application form KR18 shall be signed by the executive board. If a member of the supervisory board has resigned from office, the application shall be signed by the member concerned or by the executive board.
Additional information:
- when making changes in the composition of the supervisory board, the application form must indicate the entire current composition of the supervisory board, including those members of the supervisory board in respect of whom no changes are being made.
If necessary, the fields in the form may be copied.
