5. Complete the Registration Form
Application form KR18 shall be signed by the executive board. If a member of the executive board has resigned from office, the application shall be signed either by that member or by the member of the executive board who remains in office (taking into account the representation rights).
If a member of the executive board takes childcare leave or returns from such leave and the company does not submit an application regarding changes to the composition of the executive board, application form KR18 shall be signed by the member of the executive board who has taken childcare leave or returned from such leave. In such a case, the member of the executive board shall confirm in the application that they have submitted to the company a notice on taking childcare leave or a notice of return from such leave.
If necessary, the fields in the form may be copied.
