3. Regulations on Reduction of the Equity Capital

The regulations on reduction of the equity capital shall be signed by the executive board.

The document must specify:

  • the name (firm name);
  • the registration number;
  • the reason for the reduction of the equity capital;
  • the method and procedure for the reduction of the equity capital;
  • the amount of the reduced equity capital and the amount by which it has been reduced;
  • the nominal value of a share;
  • the date.
