3. Submission of Applications and Fees

The application and the accompanying documents shall be submitted by the executive board, a person authorised by the executive board, or a shareholder, if the shareholder reports the beneficial owner of that shareholder.


1. Submit an application:

  •  Documents must be signed in the e-service or attached with a secure e-signature (smart card - eID or eParaksts card) or eParaksts Mobile via the portal eparaksts.lv
  • When submitting documents signed with a secure e-signature and a time stamp, notarisation of signatures is not required
  • A reply is received via the e-service or via e-Address 
  • Payment of the state fee is made in the e-service registrs.ur.gov.lv after preparing the application, in accordance with the calculated service fee
By post
  • If no e-service is available for the application in the service portal, the state fee must be paid before submitting the application for registration
  • Registration is carried out only after the Register of Enterprises has verified that the state fee has been credited to the Treasury account
  • The state fee may be paid by bank transfer 2 days before submitting the documents by post

 

2. Fees:

Registration within 3 working days

State fee for one change

   EUR 20.00

If changes to the division of the register of shareholders or to the composition of the executive board are applied for at the same time, the state fee shall be charged for the registration of one change.

 

State fee for two or more changes

   EUR 40.00

 

Registration within 1 working day

State fee for one change

   EUR 60.00

If changes to the division of the register of shareholders or to the composition of the executive board are applied for at the same time, the state fee shall be charged for the registration of one change.

 

State fee for two or more changes

   EUR 120.00


To recover an incorrectly paid (e.g. to an incorrect account) or overpaid amount for a registration or fee-based service, an application must be submitted to the Register of Enterprises.
